Simon has extensive experience working across northern Australia, New South Wales and Papua New Guinea for a range of clients, including

He has led and participated in numerous major field trips to remote locations over 30 years of working in the bush, and can provide valuable, experienced support to your team both in and out of the field. 

Simon has undertaken numerous four-wheel drive training courses and mine site inductions and has a thorough understanding of the workplace health and safety requirements of the modern workplace. In particular, he is experienced in delivering incident-free remote area ecological investigations to a high safety standard.

He has a current Queensland Standard 11 and Coal Board medical clearance (required to work on a coal mine in Queensland), and an Order 43 medical clearance to work on NSW coal mines, and is a recognised ‘suitably qualified person’ under the Queensland Flora Survey Guideline – Protected Plants.
